We stayed for one night as the Mendocino coast hotels were booked and expensive. This hotel served as a pleasant alternative, despite the one hour drive to the coast, we didn't mind exploring the scenic hillside roads leading back to the coastal area. The overall experience Wyndham Garden Redwood Valley in Ukiah was delightful, from the room to the pool and the hot tub. However, the breakfast was quite disappointing. Not only did it end much earlier than we would have preferred, but the offerings were also unimpressive. Additionally, basic items like juice were non-existent, and milk had to be requested, which would have been more convenient if a staff member had been readily available at the time. Such requests are inconvenient, though. Overall, however, a very nice room and hotel.

SO CLEAN!! Amazing pool with comfortable chairs to lounge in, beautiful rooms, super friendly staff, awesome free breakfast and a delicious restaurant! The food was great, the coffee was perfect (specialty coffee bought in restaurant area), and staff was so ready to help with anything and so sweet. Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Bonus for adults traveling without kiddos that it has a casino in the same parking lot! AND it also happened to be the cheapest place around which was just mind boggling to me. Seriously, stay here!

Beautiful new hotel, new rooms with excellent attention to detail, like the blackout blind, the ledge next to the room door that enabled me to put my cup there while finding my room key, the fridge that actually works so well you will NOT want to have it set to maximum coldness as it freezes water despite no icebox, the coffee bag things in the room actually made good coffee(!!!), and what with the AMAZING BREAKFAST and lovely staff, well, a really delightful stay. Quiet and comfortable.

Not only was this one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed at but the staff were really friendly, helpful and super nice when we had questions. The only drawback to this stop was it was in the middle of nowhere with no restaurants except on the casino, this was our fault for driving longer than night than we should have. We are glad we stopped here because it was quiet and we had a great nights sleep. The casino restaurant was great with great staff.

The beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows. The pool area was clean, private with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Parking was plentiful and the area well-lit. We felt safe throughout the facility even late in the evening.
